Taiwan Sunshine's SDGs
Taiwan Sunshine was started in 2009 as a social service organization to address the needs of families touched by disabilities in Taiwan. In Taiwan, having a child with a disability can sometimes still be seen as an embarrassment and burden. Families and individuals are often marginalized. It’s our goal to change this mindset! We want families to understand that every child is a gift from God and is fearfully and wonderfully made. Our dream is that all families in Taiwan that have children with special needs will be able to receive the love, support, and encouragement they need to thrive. Our mission is to bring hope and joy to families that have children with special needs in Taiwan.
